Browser-based batch processing

Use the bulk Meesho label cropper

Select all the PDF files for the dispatch run. Everything below runs on this device; your customer and order data is not uploaded to EcomFriendly.

Built for daily dispatch batches

The single-label crop page explains the basic three-step process. This page is for the larger run: several source files, output grouping, and a download structure that is easier to hand to the packing table.

Multiple PDFs

Choose several Meesho PDF files at once and process their pages through one queue.

Packing order

Labels are sorted by SKU so similar products can stay together during picking and packing.

Courier groups

Split the output by detected courier and download several generated files together as a ZIP.

Two print layouts

Create one label per page for a 4×6 thermal printer or four cropped labels on each A4 sheet.

Quick access setup

Install instructions: nothing to download

This is an online utility, not a desktop application. Use these setup steps once to make the page convenient for anyone who prepares labels at your dispatch computer.

  1. 1

Open the tool in a modern browser

No software package or browser extension is required. Open this page in an up-to-date desktop browser with JavaScript enabled. The PDF libraries load with the tool and the label files stay on your device.

  2. 2

Save it for the packing desk

Bookmark this page or use your browser’s create-shortcut option when available. Pin that shortcut near your dispatch folder so staff can reopen the same bulk crop tool without searching for it each day.

  3. 3

    Keep the original PDFs ready

Download the original ready-to-ship label PDFs from the Meesho Supplier Panel. Avoid screenshots and scanned copies: source PDFs preserve the sharp text and barcode data needed for reliable printing.

Short video walkthrough

From source PDFs to organised output

The video is silent and includes each instruction on screen. Use the controls to pause on a step or replay the complete batch flow.

Video transcript

  1. Add all of today’s original Meesho label PDFs.
  2. Confirm the files appear together in the bulk queue.
  3. Select one-label thermal or four-label A4 output and enable the grouping options you need.
  4. Run the crop; the browser reads, sorts, crops and arranges the labels locally.
  5. Download one PDF or save courier-grouped output together as a ZIP.

Bulk printing checks before you start

A fast crop is only useful when the printed labels remain scan-ready. Use the original Supplier Panel PDFs, choose the paper size that matches the selected layout, and keep the print scale at Actual Size or 100%. Fit-to-page settings can shrink the barcode and introduce unnecessary white space.

For a large run, print and scan one label first. Check that the address, order details and barcode are readable, then print the remaining batch. If you only need the basic crop workflow, use the focused Meesho label crop guide. For deeper printer troubleshooting and format guidance, read the complete Meesho Label Cropper guide.

Bulk Meesho Label Crop Tool FAQ

What is the Meesho label crop tool?

It is a free browser tool that extracts the shipping-label area from Meesho label-and-invoice PDFs. It can process several PDFs in one batch and create compact files for 4×6 thermal or A4 printing.

Can I crop multiple Meesho label PDFs together?

Yes. The upload control accepts multiple PDF files. They are read in the same browser session, combined into one processing queue, sorted, and exported according to the output options you select.

Do I need to install an app or extension?

No. The cropper works directly on this page with JavaScript enabled. You can bookmark the page or create a browser shortcut for quick access, but neither an extension nor a desktop installer is required.

Can the bulk tool split labels by courier?

Yes. Enable Split by Courier Name to create a separate output for each detected delivery partner. When the batch produces several files, the tool also offers a ZIP download so you can save them together.

Can it separate single-quantity and multi-quantity orders?

Yes. Enable Separate Multi-Qty Orders to place single-item and multi-item orders in different output files. You can use this together with courier splitting for a more organised packing sequence.

Which layout should I choose for a thermal printer?

Choose one label per page for a common 4×6 thermal or shipping-label printer. Match the paper size in the printer driver, select Actual Size or 100%, and test-scan one barcode before printing the full batch.

Are customer names and addresses uploaded?

No. PDF reading, cropping, sorting and file creation happen locally in your browser. The selected Meesho files are not uploaded to EcomFriendly for processing.

What should I do if a barcode prints blurry or too small?

Start with the original Meesho PDF instead of a screenshot. In the print dialog disable Fit to Page or Shrink, choose the correct paper size, print at Actual Size or 100%, and test one label before the complete run.
