What usually goes wrong

  • Catalog uploads keep failing quality checks, and corrections are made one listing at a time without fixing the source sheet.
  • Sales increase but settlements remain difficult to explain after advertising, discounts, returns and product costs are considered.
  • Popular variants run out of stock while slow-moving inventory absorbs cash and attention.
  • Orders, support cases and account notifications have no clear owner, so the same operational issues keep returning.

What we can handle

  • Seller onboarding and account audit

We review your current Seller Hub setup, live assortment, pending listings and operational backlog. For a new account, we help organise the product data and documents needed for the planned launch. For an established seller, we record a starting baseline and prioritise the issues affecting availability, conversion or margin. You receive a defined scope with responsibilities, required access and decisions that remain with your team.

  • Catalog listing and QC resolution

We organise your source catalog around seller SKUs, the relevant Flipkart vertical and the fields in its current listing template. Titles, specifications, images and variant details are checked against your actual product information. When a submission fails QC, we review the reported reason, correct the underlying data and track the next submission. The aim is a reusable catalog that your team can maintain as the assortment grows.

  • Product content and discovery

We improve titles, key features and attributes so shoppers can understand the product and compare it accurately. Work starts with the questions buyers ask: dimensions, material, compatibility, quantity, use and what is included. We remove conflicting information between images and copy, then review available visibility and conversion signals. Content changes are documented so you can connect an edit to later performance without assuming every movement came from that edit.

  • Pricing and inventory management

We help define a price floor using your product costs, packaging, applicable marketplace charges and expected operational costs. Competitor prices provide context, while your margin determines the room for discounts. Inventory reviews focus on sellable stock, fast-moving variants and replenishment decisions. We agree how stock updates reach Seller Hub and who confirms physical availability, especially when the same inventory is also sold through other channels.

  • Flipkart Ads management

Advertising support covers product selection, campaign organisation, budget pacing and performance review using the controls available in your account. We group products with sensible commercial similarities and compare advertising spend with sales and contribution. Low stock, weak content or poor unit economics are flagged before increasing budgets. Your agreed advertising budget remains separate from the management scope, and campaign changes are tied to a clear objective and review period.

  • Orders and dispatch coordination

We review order exceptions and coordinate the panel workflow with the team handling physical fulfilment. The scope can include label preparation, pick-list organisation and follow-up on stock or dispatch blockers. Your warehouse remains responsible for accurate picking, packaging and handover unless a different arrangement is explicitly agreed. A visible exception list helps everyone understand which orders need attention, who owns the next action and what evidence is missing.

  • Returns, RTO and support cases

We separate customer returns from return-to-origin cases and examine patterns by SKU and available reason codes. Product information, sizing, packaging and fulfilment errors need different corrective actions. Where a case may qualify for a marketplace claim, we help organise the relevant order details and supporting evidence for submission. We track follow-ups and outcomes, while Flipkart decides eligibility and resolution under the rules applicable to the case.

  • Account health and reconciliation

We monitor the account notifications and performance information available in Seller Hub, keeping corrective tasks assigned to an owner. Reporting connects orders, returns, deductions and settlement records with your cost data wherever those records are available. Missing information and unresolved differences are shown explicitly. This gives you a practical view of which products contribute to the business and which operational problems need attention before more inventory or advertising is committed.

Day-to-day scope

What we take off your plate

We can support the work before a product is purchased as well as the marketplace operations after it is listed. Your final scope is agreed around the areas worth solving.

01

Product research

Review demand, competition, price bands, review gaps and likely margins before you commit to inventory.

02

Sourcing & purchase value

Compare supplier quotes, MOQs, quality, packaging and payment terms so buying decisions consider total value, not unit price alone.

03

Import coordination

Support supplier communication, shipping choices, documentation and landed-cost planning for imported products.

04

Catalog & listings

Category-correct attributes, compliant images and content that clears review instead of bouncing back.

05

Pricing & inventory

Price positioning against competing sellers and stock upkeep, so listings stay sellable.

06

Advertising

Campaign structure, bids, negatives and reporting framed around return on spend, where the marketplace offers ads.

07

Returns & RTO

Return reasons broken down by SKU, with listing fixes aimed at the causes a listing can actually control.

08

Account health

Monitoring for policy breaches, penalties and rating drops, with corrective action before they bite.

09

Reporting

Settlement reconciliation and SKU-level profitability, so decisions rest on contribution rather than revenue.

Limited users and scoped permissions wherever the panel supports them.

  • Defined ownership

A written split between our work, your team and marketplace support.

Ask a question on WhatsApp
How much does account management cost?

Plans range from ₹2,999 to ₹6,999. The right plan depends on your marketplace count, catalog size and agreed scope. We confirm what is included — including any sourcing or import coordination — before work begins.

What does marketplace account management include?

The scope can include catalog and listing work, pricing and inventory, advertising, returns and RTO analysis, account-health monitoring, and settlement reporting. We agree the exact split after reviewing the account.

Do I need to share my primary login?

Where a marketplace supports secondary users, we prefer a limited user with only the permissions needed for the agreed work. You keep account ownership and can revoke access.

Can you manage more than one marketplace?

Yes. Catalog data, pricing logic and reporting can be kept consistent across Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Amazon and JioMart while still following each panel’s own rules.

Can you work with our in-house team?

Yes. You can keep sourcing, dispatch or customer service in-house, or ask us to support product research, sourcing and import coordination. Responsibilities are written down before work starts.

Do you guarantee sales growth or account reinstatement?

No. We improve the controllable inputs and report what changed, but marketplace decisions, demand and sales outcomes cannot be guaranteed. We will also say when outsourcing is unlikely to be worthwhile.
