Meesho Profit Calculator
Model one dispatch from the price, costs and risk assumptions you enter — including break-even and target selling price, and an expected returns and RTO scenario.
Pre-list planning estimate
Estimate contribution, return and RTO impact, margin, cash settlement, break-even price and target price before you list. Use the rates from your current Supplier Panel.
This models assumptions for one dispatch. To review orders that have already settled, use the Payment-Sheet P&L Analyzer instead.
Run the numbers
Enter the price, costs and risk rates from your own Supplier Panel. Everything is calculated in this browser tab.
Example values loaded. Replace them with your product and current Supplier Panel amounts.
Customer return and RTO rates must total less than 100%. Use your own historical rates; the calculator does not assume a marketplace average.
These editable rates create a simple cash preview only. TCS and TDS are not marketplace fees and do not reduce operating contribution in this calculator.
Risk-adjusted result
Expected contribution per dispatch is ₹264.00. Positive contribution.
| Outcome | Rate | If it occurs | Expected impact |
|---|---|---|---|
| Delivered | 100% | ₹264.00 | ₹264.00 |
| Customer return | 0% | -₹15.00 | -₹0.00 |
| RTO | 0% | -₹15.00 | -₹0.00 |
Operating contribution excludes tax withholding. The cash preview excludes product, packaging and ads because those are seller costs rather than assumed payment-sheet deductions. TCS and TDS are estimated as selling price × the entered rate; the actual taxable base may differ. Verify settlement lines before acting.
Two questions, two tools
A pricing assumption and a payment-sheet result are not interchangeable. Start with the job you need to do today.

The model keeps marketplace costs, seller costs and tax withholding separate. It does not invent a universal shipping or return-fee slab.

|---|---|---|---|
| Commission | Fixed at 0% | No operating cost in this model | Official Meesho pricing page |
| Shipping GST / logistics | ₹ per dispatch | Operating cost on every dispatch | Current Supplier Panel or payment sheet |
| Customer-return shipping | ₹ per customer return | Weighted by customer-return rate | Return Shipping Fee Rate Card in Supplier Panel |
| RTO return shipping | No extra return fee | Optional field only for another evidenced RTO loss | Official Meesho shipping guidance |
| Ads / other deductions | ₹ per dispatch | Operating cost on every dispatch | Your campaign and settlement records |
| GST TCS | Editable % assumption | Cash withholding, not operating cost | Tax statement or adviser |
| Income-tax TDS | Editable % assumption | Cash withholding, not operating cost | Tax statement or adviser |
Formula and assumptions
Every dispatch ends as delivered, customer-returned or RTO. The calculator weights each outcome by the rate you enter.
Delivered rate is 100% minus customer-return rate minus RTO rate. Tax withholding is intentionally outside this operating formula.
Plain answers
Yes. It is free, requires no login and calculates in your browser. Your entries are not uploaded by this calculator.
Meesho currently publishes 0% commission across categories. This calculator therefore keeps commission fixed at 0%. Check the current pricing page and your Supplier Panel before relying on any rate.
They are separate outcomes. A customer return can include the current return-shipping rate and an unrecoverable share of product cost. RTO has no additional return-shipping fee under Meesho’s published guidance, so the optional RTO-loss field is only for another loss you can evidence. Packaging, logistics, ads and other per-dispatch costs are applied to every dispatch.
Enter the shipping GST or logistics deduction shown in your current Supplier Panel or settlement records for the scenario you are planning. The tool does not hardcode a weight slab because charges and classifications can change.
No. The optional TCS and TDS assumptions appear only in the cash-settlement preview. They do not reduce operating contribution because they may be available as tax credits. Applicability, thresholds and tax bases vary, so verify them with your records or tax adviser.
Use this calculator before listing to model one dispatched order from manual assumptions. Use the Payment-Sheet P&L Analyzer after settlement to review actual orders, SKUs, returns and RTO from Meesho files.
This is a planning model, not a payout or tax calculation. Actual settlements can include weight changes, program charges, ads, penalties, GST treatment, waivers and later adjustments. Reconcile estimates against the payment sheet.
Reviewed 14 August 2026 against official Meesho pricing, shipping and return guidance, return-fee guidance, GST Notification 15/2024 and the Section 194-O amendment reference.
This is a planning estimate, not a payout, GST, TDS, TCS or tax-liability calculation. Rates, classifications, waivers and marketplace programs can change. Copy actual amounts from the current Supplier Panel or settlement and consult a qualified adviser for tax treatment. EcomFriendly is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meesho.
