Meesho Label Crop for A4 Printing: Four Labels per Sheet

By EcomFriendly Team · Published 1 October 2026

You do not need a thermal printer to batch print Meesho shipping labels. If you use an office printer, an A4 output with four labels per sheet can reduce blank paper and keep the dispatch pile organised. The key is to crop the label area from the original PDF first, then print a test sheet without accidental scaling.

Start with the original label PDF

Download labels for ready-to-ship orders from the Meesho Supplier Panel. Use the original PDF rather than screenshots or a PDF re-saved by another application: the original keeps barcode lines and text sharp. Count the orders in the batch before processing so you can compare them with the output.

Choose the A4 layout in the cropper

  1. Open the free Meesho Label Cropper in your browser and add one or several original label PDFs.
  2. Select the four labels per A4 sheet output. The one-label-per-page option is for 4×6 thermal stock.
  3. If useful for your packing desk, sort supported labels by SKU and split detected couriers into separate files. Review any unsupported pages separately.
  4. Generate the PDF, then compare the number of output labels with your order count. Inspect the first and last page, plus one label from each layout or courier in a mixed batch.
  5. Print one A4 test page at the intended paper size. Check that every barcode and address is complete and readable before printing the whole batch.

A4 print settings to check

Set the printer paper to A4 and use the PDF viewer's Actual Size or 100% option where it fits the printer's printable area. Turn off any unexpected “fit” setting that shrinks barcodes. If the outer edge is clipped, inspect your printer margins and the PDF preview; do not blindly enlarge the output. Scan a test barcode and keep enough whitespace around it for reliable scanning.

Keep the invoice and dispatch checks separate

Some source layouts put an invoice area beside or below the label. The cropper removes supported invoice sections from the print-ready label output; other formats can include tax details inside the label block, so inspect the output instead of assuming all invoice text is gone. Keep the original PDF for your records. The cropper runs locally in the browser, which also keeps customer addresses out of an external upload workflow.

When to switch to 4×6

For daily high-volume dispatch, a thermal printer can avoid cutting A4 sheets. Follow the separate 4×6 thermal label guide when you make that switch. The PDF source and batch checks remain the same; only the output layout and printer settings change.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I print four Meesho labels on one A4 sheet?

Yes. Add the original Meesho label PDF to a cropper that offers four-label A4 output, inspect the generated pages and print a test sheet before the full batch.

Why is my A4 barcode too small to scan?

Check that you selected the A4 output, that the print viewer did not unexpectedly shrink it, and that the barcode is complete and sharp. Test a single sheet and scan it before printing the batch.

Should I use the same PDF for thermal and A4 printing?

Use the same original source PDF, but generate the output that matches the printer: four labels per A4 sheet for an office printer or one 4×6 label per page for thermal stock.
