The Meesho supplier panel (supplier.meesho.com) is where every part of running a Meesho business happens — listing, orders, payments, returns. For a first-time seller, it's a lot of surface area at once. Here's the layout in plain language.
The sections you'll use daily
- Catalog / Products. Where you create and edit listings — titles, images, category attributes, and pricing live here.
- Orders. Split into stages such as Pending, Ready to Ship, and Shipped. Pending is where new orders wait to be accepted — the stage automation tools like an Auto Order Accepter work on.
- Payments. Under Payments → Payment Reports, you can download the payment sheet that shows exactly what Meesho settled for every order — the source of truth for real profit.
- Returns. Where you track customer returns and RTO shipments separately from delivered orders.
What to check in your first week
- Confirm your catalog is live and correctly categorized — miscategorized listings get less search visibility.
- Check the Pending Orders tab daily — unaccepted orders can auto-cancel if left too long.
- Download your first payment sheet once orders start settling, and read it against your pricing assumptions.
- Note your return rate per SKU as soon as you have enough orders to see a pattern.
Don't do everything manually
Once you're past a handful of products, manual work in the panel stops scaling. Bulk listing, label cropping, and order acceptance can all be automated from inside the same panel via Chrome extensions — worth adopting well before volume forces the issue.
