Meesho Seller Panel: A First-Time Guide to the Supplier Dashboard

The Meesho supplier panel (supplier.meesho.com) is where every part of running a Meesho business happens — listing, orders, payments, returns. For a first-time seller, it's a lot of surface area at once. Here's the layout in plain language.

The sections you'll use daily

  • Catalog / Products. Where you create and edit listings — titles, images, category attributes, and pricing live here.
  • Orders. Split into stages such as Pending, Ready to Ship, and Shipped. Pending is where new orders wait to be accepted — the stage automation tools like an Auto Order Accepter work on.
  • Payments. Under Payments → Payment Reports, you can download the payment sheet that shows exactly what Meesho settled for every order — the source of truth for real profit.
  • Returns. Where you track customer returns and RTO shipments separately from delivered orders.

What to check in your first week

  1. Confirm your catalog is live and correctly categorized — miscategorized listings get less search visibility.
  2. Check the Pending Orders tab daily — unaccepted orders can auto-cancel if left too long.
  3. Download your first payment sheet once orders start settling, and read it against your pricing assumptions.
  4. Note your return rate per SKU as soon as you have enough orders to see a pattern.

Don't do everything manually

Once you're past a handful of products, manual work in the panel stops scaling. Bulk listing, label cropping, and order acceptance can all be automated from inside the same panel via Chrome extensions — worth adopting well before volume forces the issue.
