Step 1: Build one master catalog
Do not let the Supplier Panel become your only product database. Maintain a master sheet or product information system with one stable record for every SKU and variation. Useful columns include:
- Internal SKU, style or product ID and variation relationship
- Product type and intended Meesho category
- Brand or generic status, title and description
- Material, colour, size, dimensions, pattern and pack quantity
- HSN, GST, weight and other required commercial inputs
- Product cost, packaging cost, selling price and minimum viable price
- Image file names or approved URLs
